Position requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
-Assist the Chef with daily production of cold and hot food preparation.
-Maintain sanitation standards and proper food handling techniques.
-Be able to read and comprehend daily preparation sheets and food orders.
-Have knowledge of basic knife skills, various cooking methods and the operation
of basic kitchen equipment.
-Be able to lift 10-40 pounds of boxed food and kitchen products.
-Stock shelves from truck deliveries.
-MUST be able to work weekends and holidays.
-Minimum of 1 year experience as a line cook preferred.
Shift hours will vary between approximately 2:00pm until 10:00 or 11:00pm depending on customer/member needs.
Competitive hourly pay of $20 per hour.
You MUST pass a background check, drug screening and be eligible to work in the USA.
