- Ownership of Foretees Reservation system; plots reservations and walk-ins, blocks blackout dates/times
- Confirming of reservations for holidays, special events and busy dining days
- Ownership of To-Go order system
- Primary Board runner: Maintains the proper flow of traffic into the restaurant.
- Provide Strong, Definitive Leadership and Training of Host Stand Employees
- Be able to delegate needed tasks for the success of the host stand
- Create and manage the reservations and floorplan to accommodate the service needs
- Focus on running the host stand and training all onboarding host team employees
- Communicate Feedback, Member Requests and Suggestions
- Assist in Promotion of Featured Items and Events around the club
- Continuous surveillance of the dining areas to provide the timely rotation of tables for dining
- Assist in Appearance, Restocking, Cleaning and Disinfecting of all areas of the host stand as well as the dining areas as needed
- Make sure all specials are updated in the menus and distributed to all Red Fox dining areas
- Assist in opening and closing duties
- Assistance in training of host(ess) staff
- A background in hospitality or any other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience with reservation systems, comfortable with basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Be available to work nights, weekends, Holidays and Mondays during the volume of business; a minimum of 32 hours a week.
- Display excellent interpersonal skills under pressure, ability to adapt and problem solve booking issues.
- Demonstrate an ability to provide excellent service to Members and their Guests.
- Show excellent oral and written communication skills, previous use of POS systems and some previous computer or POS use.
- Illustrate and promote attention to detail.
- Daily awareness of reservations, members and business levels
- Wage: $16 per hour (We are a non-tipping organization)
